Shipping policy

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.

Dispatch Timeline

Orders are usually shipped within 3–4 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company/post office norms.

Delivery Timeline (After Dispatch)

Delivery typically takes 2–7 working days depending on your location and courier serviceability. Remote areas may take longer as per courier norms.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders of ₹2,000 and above
  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹100 (for orders below ₹2,000)

COD (Cash on Delivery)

Cash on Delivery is [available/not available] for eligible pin codes and order values. If available, COD charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

Delays & Liability

SOIL N SOUL is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3–4 working days from the date of the order and successful payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Address & Confirmation

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order. Delivery confirmation and tracking details (wherever applicable) will be shared on the email ID and/or phone number provided during checkout/registration.

Address Change Requests

Once an order is placed, address changes may be possible only before dispatch. After dispatch, address changes are subject to courier limitations and may not be guaranteed.

Failed Delivery / Re-attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact, or repeated failed attempts, the courier may return the shipment to us. Re-shipping (if requested) may be chargeable.

Return-to-Origin (RTO) / Undelivered Orders

If the order is returned to us (RTO) due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal, or non-acceptance, the customer may be required to pay re-shipping charges to resend the order. If the customer does not request re-shipment, the order will be handled as per our store policy.

Damaged / Tampered Package

If the package appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately with photos/videos of the package.
