Refund & Exchange Policy – Soil N Soul

At Soil N Soul, every product is crafted with care and purpose. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• Once your return request is approved, pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours.
• After the product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes the quality inspection, the refund process will be initiated.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed after quality approval.
• The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.
• If the amount does not reflect within this period, kindly contact your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• Once approved, pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours.
• Exchanges are processed only after the product is received and passes quality inspection at our warehouse.
• Second exchange or return requests will be chargeable at ₹300.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The product is used, washed, altered, or damaged
• Tags or labels are missing, altered, or detached
• The request is raised after 3 days of delivery
• The product fails our quality check standards

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately upon delivery with images or a short video, and we’ll assist you promptly.
